TRAIN FIRE ACCIDENT PREVENTING AND BOMB DETECTION SYSTEM



ABSTRACT:
The Embedded Technology is now in its prime and the wealth of knowledge available is mind-blowing. An embedded system is a special-purpose computer system designed to perform a dedicated function. Embedded system is fast growing technology in various fields like industrial automation, home appliances, automobiles, aeronautics etc. A sensor is a device that measures a physical quantity and converts it into a signal which can be read by an observer or by an instrument.
This project is to design and develop an intelligent system to detect dangerous proximity by using an 8 bit micro controller. The proximity sensor is used in this project to sense the bomb detection and fire sensors are used to detect the fire occurring in the specific areas. If particular bomb and fire is detected, then the Alarm Unit will be switched ON. The software for the micro controller is written using embedded C. The compiler used for hex code generation is keil Cx51 compiler.
            The hardware required for this project is Micro controller unit, Sensing circuits and the software required for this project is Embedded C programming and Keil cross compiler. The advantages of this project are, it reduces man power and detects automatically and it can be used in train.
